Tractor Rides w/ Papa

the kids were really excited this particular day b/c they were about to go on a tractor ride w/ papa. juliette especially was excited b/c she was a pro at this, going on plenty of tractor rides before; joseph on the other hand didn't even know what a tractor was. either way this is what they did on the porch to keep themselves occupied till my dad came driving out of the garage. it's so CUTE!

so, joseph looks really excited to be on the tractor w/ my dad (from the picture above). but riding on it was another story. from the look on his face it seems to me he just doesn't grasp the idea of driving around in/on something that isn't a car. it makes me laugh.
however, the truth is... he loved it!!! when i got him off of the tractor he was mad at me and tried to bite me for taking him off.

here is juliettes picture and video of her 1st ride out. boy she loved riding that tractor w/ my dad!!!!!! i think if i gave juliette the option to ride the tractor all day w/ papa or watch a princess movie she'd pick riding the tractor (which is really saying something for those of you who really know our little juliette and her love for any thing disney princess). and what made this ride better than any other ride she'd taken during previous visits was that my dad let her steer. she LOVED it!!!!!
