we were up in NY this year for christmas and boy did we have the best time!!!! there wasn't that much snow even though surrounding areas got covered w/ a blizzard of snow - but the snow we got made for some happy kids (even if the change to cold weather gave them colds).
i know christmas was almost a month ago but i had to get everything up and running here at home before i could take time to sit and blog about our trip. we had a great time! and it was fun to be home w/ my family during christmas this year! (or should i say last year now that we are in 2010)

my mom and joseph -- in this picture joseph is 21 months old and at that age juliette was calling my mom Abueli (instead of abuelita b/c she just couldn't say the whole thing). well joseph shortened Abueli to something even shorter. he calls my mom: Bah-bi. it is super cute to hear him say it and my mom epseically loves hearing it!!!!
