this year we spent the day after thanksgiving getting ready for CHRISTMAS!!!!! and as most of you know the coolest thing that we as parents can do is to get the tree up so everyone can help decorate it. boy did the kids have a fun, fun, fun time doing just that!

** and just as a side note, this is the first time in my whole 26 years of life that i've ever had a fake tree. we'll have one for the next 3 Christmas's -- which means in 2012 we'll have a real one! that's the deal james and i made w/ each other since he grew up w/ fake ones and i w/ real ones; i'll take it!

we are so excited to be celebrating Christmas this year! and especially love seeing the excitement in the eyes of our to little rascals!
