Can you believe it?!?!?!?!?!?!!??! juliette almost made it to her 4th birthday w/o ever having her haircut!!!!! so before i blog about our christmas in NY i'm going to blog about our 2nd day back in GA and juliette's 1st haircut.
first thing monday morning my friend, lauren, came over to do the job i've been dreading to have done, cut off juliette's little curls. so, here we have our before picture, also known as the last picture of juliette w/ her curls. her hair definitely looks long in this picture but it actually comes clear down to her tush when it's straight.

juliette actually did a really good job. it was me who was the train wreck; heart pounding and tears almost ready fall at any second. but i stayed strong b/c she was having such a good time.
and here is the after picture. curls gone but hair still wavy just like mine. she looks cute and a little bit older. lauren did an AWESOME job!!!!
my little girl is growing up - sad yet happy moment for me. and for those who are wondering lauren cut a lock of juliette's curls for me so i will always have them to remember.
